Matt RoloffMr. Roloff
is the immediate past president of Little People of America and has volunteered with the organization at the national, regional
and chapter levels for over 20 years. Most of his professional career has been in the technology industry, enjoying success
in software development and sales. He currently is an international sales specialist for AMDOCS. Mr. Roloff continues to manage
an assistive device company he founded, called Direct Access Solutions, as well as his family farm. Mr. Roloff is considered
an national expert on dwarfism, respected author and speaker on the subject. In 2005, he and his family became known nationally
for starring on The Learning Channel’s series “Little People, Big World” which is now in its second season.

Daniel MarguliesMr. Margulies has been deeply involved in Little People of America for
over 32 years, serving as national president and at the national, regional and chapter levels in many capacities. He has served
on the boards of directors of the Turner Syndrome Society, Human Growth Foundation, and Short Stature Foundation, and has
worked with the Barty Foundation and Osteogenesis Imperfecta Foundation. In addition to this volunteer work with non-profit
organizations, Mr. Margulies has been a successful engineer, in practice and management, for over 20 years. In the last five
years, he has worked as the program director for the Youth Science Institute, which provides instruction in science to children.
Mr. Margulies is considered a national expert on dwarfism.
John MorganMr. Morgan has been involved in and supported causes associated with dwarfism because his daughter
has Achondroplasia, the most common form of dwarfism. He has been a long-time member of the Northern California Skeletal Dysplasia
Clinic and supporter of Little People of America and other organizations serving dwarfs. He currently serves on the boards
of Start Making a Reader Today (SMART) and The Oregon Innovation Council. Mr. Morgan’s professional career includes
president and CEO positions with Curon Medical Inc., Epitope Inc. and Baxter International, which are all multi-national health
care industry leaders. He currently is the president and CEO of HemCon, a highly successful medical product manufacturer.
Marty KlebbaMr. Klebba
has been an active member of Little People of America and other organizations supporting dwarfs for many years. He is particularly
effective at gaining publicity and funding for causes related to dwarfism. In addition to various business interests, he has
been a successful actor, dancer and stunt professional since the 1990s. He has enjoyed roles in dozens of feature films and
television shows, including roles in the hit films “Pirates of the Caribbean.”
